The HIWIN KP-S axes are linear axes with ballscrew. They are designed for applications which require precise positioning of heavy loads at low to medium speeds and high feed forces such as cutting out, machining, optical and measuring applications.

The ball screw axes are based on specially developed and particularly torsion-resistant aluminum profiles. Excel with their ability to position heavy loads at changing torques with high feed forces and high accuracy.

The linear axes product family consists of the following sizes:

• KP42Sx (cross section axis body 60x60 mm)
• KP43Sx (cross section axis body 80x80 mm)
• KP44Sx (cross section axis body 110x110 mm)

The sizes differ in terms of outer dimensions, drive data, payload capacities and maximum stroke.
